2. Products
The items available for purchase are merchandise: T-shirts, tote bags, caps, mugs, and gift cards.
Each product is described as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations (in color, size, or appearance) may occur.
3. Price
Prices are listed in euros (€), including all taxes.
Shipping costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time.
4. Order
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and confirms their shopping cart.
The order is considered confirmed once payment has been processed.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a problem (dispute, fraud, out-of-stock items).
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon placing the order.
Accepted payment methods are: Bank Card / Stripe
Transactions are secure.
6. Delivery
Products are shipped to the address provided at the time of order.
Estimated processing time: 7 business days
The Seller shall not be held liable for delays caused by the carrier.
7. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, the customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned:
- unused
- unwashed
- in their original packaging
8. Returns and Refunds
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we have received and inspected the products, we will issue a refund within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method.
9. Defective products or errors
In the event of a defective product or an order error, the customer must contact the Seller within 48 hours of receipt, providing supporting photos.
A solution (replacement or refund) will be offered.
10. Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any misuse of the products.
11. Personal Information
The information collected is used solely for order processing purposes.
It is neither sold nor shared with third parties.
12. Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, we will first seek to reach an amicable resolution.
The customer may also contact a consumer ombudsman.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item to us.

Refund
Once the return has been received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Gift cards
Gift cards are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
They are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even in part.
After this period, they can no longer be used.
